1. Images won't load or colors are inaccurate?

Please make sure the image format is JPG, PNG, WebP, or GIF. Try uploading again. Using high-resolution images will give more accurate color results.

2. Camera color picker is not working?

Please ensure the App has camera permission. If it still doesn't work, try restarting the App or check if your device camera is functioning normally.

3. How to clear color history?

Go to the "COLOR HISTORY" section on the main screen and tap "Clear All".

4. How to use the Magnifier?

Tap on the image to show the magnifier. You can drag it around. Tap the pin icon in the top right to lock the magnifier for precise color picking.

5. Does the ad collect my data?

Ads are provided by Google AdMob and follow Google's privacy policy. We do not collect your personal identity information.

💡 Usage Tips

• When using camera picker, aim the crosshair at the center of the desired color
• Support for Light and Dark mode (toggle via sun/moon icon in the top right)
• All color analysis is performed locally on your device to protect your privacy
